LIVE TRAINING
Three day wildlife handling and chemical capture courses are the most extensive chemical immobilization courses in North America.
This unique training focuses on the field-based needs for chemical immobilization of free-ranging, urban, and captive animals. These courses are invaluable to state/federal/tribal wildlife professionals, college students, ACOs (animal control officers), zoo and sanctuary caretakers, and exotic game farmers.
Our three-day wildlife courses have hands-on labs with live animals.
I had the privilege of auditing a live GWR Wildlife Chemical Immobilization Course in the past, and was unsure what to expect taking the online version.
After completing the online course I feel I was able to absorb so much more information by taking it at my own pace, seeing additional readings, and having quizzes at the end of each chapter to test how much I truly learned. I also really appreciate the fact that I can access this material for an entire year and watch the videos as much as I would like. I feel this online course has met more needs than would have been possible taking it in a 3 day in-person class.
Thank you Dr. Mark!
